I believe in transparency regarding fees. Counselling sessions cost £60 for a 1 hour session.
To ensure a seamless experience, I kindly request that all payments are made in advance via bank transfer. This helps me to manage my scheduling efficiently and allows your therapy hour to be fully about you and your wellbeing.
I also emphasise the importance of adhering to my cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please ensure you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice. This respect for scheduling helps me maintain a timely and effective service for all my clients. If a session is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice, the fee will still be charged.
