Hello from me
My name is Louise and like many people, I have dealt with challenges and setbacks in my life. Therapy has been transformative and changed my life for the better. My own therapy experience led to me realising that I wanted to offer something similar to others. I am passionate about providing a warm, relational, therapeutic experience which puts you at the centre of our work together, I believe that with the right support and a compassionate witness, you can find the answers that are within you.
I have spent many years working with children and families, I also work as a counsellor at the charity Mind and now have my own private practice working with adults.
I work from a lovely purpose built garden room in Mottingham Village in South East London which is heated as well as air conditioned.
